- How do I find my ring or bangle size?
- For rings, take a ring you already wear, measure the inside diameter in millimetres and send us the number on WhatsApp — we will convert it. For bangles, measure the inside diameter of a bangle that fits and tell us in inches (2.4, 2.6, 2.8 are the common sizes). If you have neither, we will send you a simple paper-strip method that takes two minutes.
- How long does delivery take?
- Most pieces are made to order and reach you in 15–20 days. Bridal sets and heavy temple work take 25–30 days. If you have a wedding date, tell us the date first and we will work backwards and tell you honestly whether it is possible.
- Do you ship across India?
- Yes, anywhere in India, by insured courier with a tracking number sent to you on WhatsApp. Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000; below that it is a flat ₹120. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
- Can you make a design I have seen somewhere else?
- That is most of what we do. Send the photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you the price, the weight and how long it will take. We do not copy another maker's signature original, but a traditional design in your size and your weight, absolutely.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- UPI, bank transfer and cash on collection in Pune. For made-to-order pieces we take 50% to begin and the balance before dispatch. There is no online payment on this website yet — everything is arranged on WhatsApp.
- What is your returns policy?
- Ready pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in the original packing; we refund to the same account within 5 working days. Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned because they are made to your size — but if there is a making fault, we repair or remake it free.
- Is it really 925 silver?
- Yes, hallmarked 925 sterling silver. You can ask for a photograph of the hallmark before you pay. Gold-toned pieces are gold micron plated over the same 925 base.
- Will it turn black?
- Not if it is looked after. Tarnish is a surface reaction, not damage. Keep it dry, wipe after wearing, store in the pouch. We can also re-polish or re-plate your pieces later at a small cost.
- Do you take bulk or gifting orders?
- Yes — return gifts, trousseau sets and corporate gifting. Tell us the quantity and budget and we will quote a better rate.
