This policy explains how Hasanat Creations ("we", "us"), proprietor Munira Neemuchwala, of Kondhwa Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra, India, handles your information when you use this website or contact us about Hasanat Jewels.
Nothing is stored by this website. There are no accounts, no shopping cart, no newsletter sign-up and no advertising or tracking cookies. The custom-order form does not send anything to us on its own — it only assembles a message and opens WhatsApp on your device, and you choose whether to send it.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and troubleshooting. These are retained for a short period and are not used to identify you.
Only to quote, make, pack and deliver your jewellery, to answer questions afterwards, and to keep the records that Indian tax and business law requires. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Courier partners receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Our karigars receive design details and measurements, never your contact information. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone, ever.
Conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram take you to Meta's platform. Product photographs are served from third-party image hosts. We have no control over the data those platforms collect.
Order and billing records are kept for eight years as required for tax purposes. WhatsApp conversations remain on our phone until deleted. Reference photographs are deleted once your order is complete, unless you allow us to show your piece on Instagram.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to hello@hasanatcreations.in or WhatsApp +91 88174 22810 and we will act within 30 days.
This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be mentioned on our Instagram.
