Hasanat Jewels is a brand of Hasanat Creations, a sole proprietorship of Munira Neemuchwala, registered at Kondhwa Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

This website

This website is a catalogue. It does not take payments and does not confirm orders. An order exists only once it has been agreed with us in writing on WhatsApp and the advance has been received.

Prices

We do not display prices on the website. Silver is a traded metal, so every piece is quoted by weight at the rate on the day you order. Message us on WhatsApp with the design code and we will send you the exact amount, including GST where applicable. Shipping is quoted separately.

Payment

UPI, bank transfer, or cash on collection in Pune. Made-to-order pieces require 50% in advance, with the balance before dispatch. We will always send a photograph of the finished piece before you pay the balance.

Making and delivery time

• Catalogue pieces: 15–20 days from confirmation.
• Bridal sets and heavy temple work: 25–30 days.
• Festival and wedding seasons can add a few days; we will tell you before you pay.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in India by insured courier. Free above ₹2,000, otherwise a flat ₹120. A tracking number is sent on WhatsApp at dispatch. We do not ship internationally at present. Please give a complete address with pin code and a phone number the courier can reach; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient.

Please record an unboxing video when opening the parcel. It is the only thing that lets us settle a damage or missing-item claim with the courier.

Returns and exchanges

• Catalogue pieces: return within 7 days of delivery, unworn, with the original pouch and packing. Refund to the original account within 5 working days of the piece reaching us.
• Custom and made-to-order pieces, and anything sized or engraved for you: not returnable, because it cannot be resold.
• Size exchange: one free resize within 15 days on catalogue rings and bangles; you cover the return courier.
• Making faults: repaired or remade free within 30 days of delivery. Send us a photograph first.

Tarnish, plating wear from perfume or chemicals, and damage from accidental bending or misuse are not manufacturing faults, but we will usually re-polish or re-plate for a small charge.

Photographs and appearance

Handmade pieces vary slightly from photographs in finish, stone placement and weight. Screen colours differ between devices. Weights are quoted as a range for that reason.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text and designs on this website belong to Hasanat Creations and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. We would much rather sort things out on a phone call.
